Adult follow up appointments are 60-80 minutes in length. Please leave space in your schedule for 80 minutes if needed. If only an hour is required, only an hour will be charged.

Child follow up appointments can vary between 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour. Session times are always guided by the needs of the child. Please leave space in your schedule for 1 hour if needed.

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• The appointment time reserved for you is exclusively for you. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booking. This also applies to 'no shows'.
